The U.S. Army Topographic Engineering Center intends to award an indefinite delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for a base year period with options to renew for four additional years. The scope of work consists of DTD software engineering and re-engineering to include the modification of existing DTD exploitation software to improve and promote the distribution of reusable DTD software to support Army developmental systems. Emphasis is on developing software so that it is modular in design and has well-written internal documentation for ease of adaptability, maintenance, verification and reuse in common computer environments. Delivery orders issued under this contract shall not exceed $900,000 for the base year and $1,000,000 for each of the four option years. The successful offeror must have a TS/SCI clearance at the time of award in order to perform the work required under this contract. The release date of this solicitation is unknown at this time.
