This solicitation is for provision of residential appraisals for HUD-owned single family properties for two areas in South Carolina. Area 4 includes Spartanburg, Cherokee and Union counties. The basic contract period will run one year from award date. There are two one-year options. Appraisers must be state licensed or certified residential.
