Phipps, 804/441-6580 The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement for Shark Tags for the National Marine Fisheries Service, Narragansett, Rhode Island. Shark Tag components consist of: Stainless steel annealed darthead; monofilament fishing line; cast rod plexiglass capsule; and waterproof fish tag legends printed in English, Spanish, Japanese, French and Norwegian. Contractor shall be required to assemble tags and submit bid samples. No contract will be awarded without Government testing and approval of a minimum 10 samples tags (to be provided free of charge by the Contractor). The base year and four option years are estimated to be 20,000 tags per year. Delivery will be 45 days after date of contract.
