The new bldgs consist of an 1,858 square meter (M2) pre-engineered type steel framed warehouse, a 180 M2 conc. masonry (CMU) security control bldg., and a 30 M2 entry control bldg. The additions consist of an 1,205 M2 CMU wall, steel framed, and conc. roof data reduction vault, 720 M2 conc. tilt-up admin. fac. with steel roof framing, and a 200 M2 hangar fac. to include new admin. space, HVAC, elec. service, and security controls, renovation of a 134 M2 document destruction (shredding) fac. renovation of a 228 M2 missile maint. shop and off. fac., renovation of a 430 M2 jet engine storage fac., and renovation of a 1,073 M2 jet engine maint. fac. site improvements consist of parking lots, perimeter fencing, a 53 meter aircraft gate, minor site utilities, and aircraft taxiway paving. Hangar improvements include an overhead crane, addition of AFFF fire suppression sys., and aircraft support utilities consisting of four (4) 187KW hydraulic pumps and specialized aircraft electrical power.
