The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with McGraw-Hill School Systems, Monterey, CA, for continuation of maintenance support services for the proprietary School System software ``The School System/The Elementary School System (TSS/TESS)'' and ``Integrade'' which is used in 173 schools overseas in 14 countries. Services include maintenance support of TSS/TESS software including Student Records, Daily and Period Attendance, Academic Progress, Master Builder, Optical Mark Reader, Special Education, Personnel Data, Discipline, Data Extraction and Open Database Connectivity; Support of the Teacher Module, ``Integrade''; and technical hot-line support, via telephone and cc:mail. Resultant contract will be for a period of one year, starting on December 1, 1995, with two (2) twelve month option periods. Interested parties must respond in writing to this announcement within thirty (30) days after publication in the CBD or the response will not be honored. Responses must include substantive documentation to establish bonafied capability to fulfill the stated requirement.
