V -- WHEELCHAIR/VAN SERVICE SOL IFB 665-13-96 DUE 112195 POC Contact Point, Judith Trigger, (818)895-9352, Contracting Officer, Judith Trigger, (818)895-9352 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a requirement for Wheelchair/Van Service for the VA Medical Center, 16111 Plummer St., Sepulveda, CA 91343. Contractor shall include the services of a qualified driver and/or attendant as indicated; equipment, tools, materials, supervisions, transportaton, and other related items and service to provide subject services to beneficiaries of the VA. Services will be provided primarily within the San Fernando Valley and from the VA Sepulveda to the VA West Los Angeles, Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays, 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Contractor must be capable of meeting a minimum response time of 45 minutes. Performance will be from December 1, 1995 through November 30, 1996 with two (2) one-year options, December 1, 1996 through November 30, 1997, and December 1, 1997 through November 30, 1998.
