The contractor will support the Postal Service's WINGS Program Office. The contractor will provide the following expertise: (1) Application content design which will emphasize how the end-user uses the application, (2) Ensure that the applications developed are not biased towards any particular agency or level of government, (3) Review customer input and comments and determine if they should be incorporated into the WINGS systems, (4) Continue to interface with North Carolina's state and local government agencies, (5) Conduct system analysis, (6) Continue to serve as a member of the WINGS project design team, and (6) Assist the WINGS program office to ensure that the Compliance/Standard Development Team moves in a unified direction to ensure the program achieves all of its customer service goals.
