The Richmond HUD Real Estate Owned Branch is seeking Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) services for single family properties (1 to 4 units) in the Newport News/Hampton and surrounding area in the state of Virginia. Documentation substantiating the following qualifications of the proposers will be required: (a) experience in performing comporable work, (b) a description of the business and technical organization of the company or individual, (c) evidence of the financial capability sufficient to perform the contract. The offeror must maintain facilities which HUD finds sufficient to carry out the contract, reasonably convenient to HUD and its clients in the area to be served. The anticipated contract term will be one year, with possible options of three additional one-year periods.
