The technical audit work is scheduled to commence on or about December 1, 1995 and be completed by April 2, 1996. The technical audit review shall be performed on an intermittent basis during this contract period. Interested firms shall have experience in report analysis. Interested firms shall document the above experience in their submission. This will be a firm fixed-price A/E contract. Standard forms 254, A/E Related Services Questionnaire, and 255, A/E Related Questionnaire for Specific Project shall be submitted to Panama Canal Commission, Engineering and Construction Bureau, Engineering Division, Unit 2300, APO AA 34011-2300. Selection will be based on the combined use of SF-254 and SF-255. All responses received within 15 calendar days from publication will be considered for the work. A justification for other than full and open competition has been approved by the agency for this procurement solely for the purpose of using the aforementioned 15-day response time to this notice due to the agency's need to procure these A-E services to commence work by December 1, 1995. The contract for A/E services will be negotiated. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000, plus travel, per diem, and other expenses. No other general notification for this work will be made and no further action beyond submission of SF-254 and SF-255 is required. This is not a RFP. (0269)
