This contract is to supply required interim services until a follow-on contract can be competitively awarded (estimated 4/96). This sole source interim contract will be for 5,500 man-hours with an estimated period of performance of five (5) months (12/95-4/96. Services required include management support services for the completion of the design, development, integration and implementation of the basic Code Omnis 7 based MIS. This includes the Executive Information System (EIS) module and Financial Management (FM) module. The aforementioned follow-on acquisition was advertised in the CBD on 9/6/94, on page 2, N66604- 94-R-0882. That solicitation closed on 12/28/94, consequently proposals are no longer being accepted.
