has been received in GATT Document TBT/Notification G/95.255 dated 22
August 1995. 1. Member to agreement notifying: Netherlands. If

Notified under Article 2.9.2. 4. Products covered (HS or CCCN where
applicable, otherwise national tariff heading. ICS numbers may be
provided in addition, where applicable): radio link equipment for
transmitting and receiving digital signals and analogue video signals
in the 23 GHZ band. 5. Title and number of pages of the notified
document: Specification of Conformity for Radio Equipment SV 04-05;
radio link equipment operating in the 23 GHZ band. 6. Description of
content: this draft contains minimum requirements with which the said
radio link equipment shall comply. The above is useful. Amongst other
things, as a link between GSM-Base stations and the telecommunications
infrastructure. 7. Objective and rationale: the objective of the draft
minimum requirements is to ensure that equipment is tested by
recognized inspectorates based in the European member states or EFTA
countries which are co-signatories to the treaty on the European
economic area and is approved by appointed bodies. 8. Relevant
