R -- CLIPPING SERVICES SOL RFQ-96-018 DUE 101095 POC Point of Contact, Jeff Stephenson, 304/480-6452, Contracting Officer, Tammie Johnson, 304/480-6461 The Bureau of Public Debt intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Public Service Advertising and Publicity clipping service for savings bond information. This service is required from date of award through September 30, 1996. Contractors will be required to provide clippings containing public service advertisements, promotional advertisements or articles, feature articles or stories relating to savings bonds. Contractors will be required to clip items from publications in the following categories: Major Dailies, Small Dailies, Major Weeklies, Small Weeklies, Major National Publications, and Smaller National Publications. Reports shall be submitted on a quarterly basis and will be broken down into five regions and a national publication category. The RFQ will be issued five days after publication of this synopsis. Request for the RFQ should be submitted in writing to the above address, or they may be faxed to 304-480-6632. The Bureau of the Public Debt assumes no responsibility for the receipt of facsimile transmissions. The responsibility for confirming receipt of the transmissions lies solely with the contractor. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis; however, small and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to respond. (0265)
