The Defense Industrial Supply Center intends to solicit for offers the above described items of supply utilizing an indefinite delivery type contract. The anticipated delivery for direct shipments shall be a maximum of seven (7) calendar days. Bulk shipments to a DOD stocking location (I.E. Depot) may be authorized, however, It is anticipated that a majority of the shipments will be made from the successful contractor'splant, directly to our customers. Because of the intended type of contract, the successful offeror will be required to have in place, at time of contractaward, the electronic Commerce hardware/softwaredescribed in the Solicitation.
