Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish the work designated construct a Family Housing Maintenance Office. The work shall include the construction of a one-story 6,400 square foot structure. The construction includes a concrete floor slab on grade, brick and concrete masonry unit exterior walls, and roof system consisting of steel joists, metal decking, nailable rigid insulation and glass felt shingles. The work further includes HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and civil work. This action is being considered for 100% set aside for Small Disadvantage Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible, but no later than 10 days after this notice. The notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. The size standard of 17 million dollars is a three-year average annual gross revenue. If a joint venture is being considered, please provide the combined average annual gross revenue of both companies. This will expedite SDB verification and contract award. Please ensure that your certified bonding capacity will satisfy the maximum amount indicated by the project's magnitude. For joint ventures, please show bonding capacity of both companies individually. Provide specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. Please list past performance data such as contract amount, contract number, project description and project site with a point of contact. For joint ventures, please provide references from both companies individually. If adequate interest and/or above information is not received from qualified SDB concerns by the above date, this solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
