The project includes the construction of a new elevator tower, and the installation of a passenger elevator at the end of Bldg. #2. The design will also include asbestos abatement design services, contract drawings and specifications, and on-site I.H. monitoring services during the removal. Completion time for A/E design services is ninety-five (95) calendar days from date of award. Only firms with prior experience in the design of similar type projects, and those with the professional capacity to complete this type of work will be considered. Firms must be located within a 300 mile radius of this medical center. Firms which meet the requirements are invited to submit 2 copies of completed Standard Forms SF 254 and SF 255 to the Contracting Officer within 30 calendar days of publication of this notice.
