Brown, (502) 582-5663 The announcement which appeared in the September
19, 1995, issue of the Commerce Business Daily is hereby amended as
follows: The U. S. Army Engineer District, Louisville, seeks interested
sources to inventory, disassemble, move, store as needed, provide
design/layout services, and reassemble Knoll/ Westinghouse systems
furniture currently located at the Defense Finance and Accounting
Service office in Cameron Station, VA. The work will also include
marking the furniture for shipment, padding, packing and/or crating of
items for shipment, removal of packing and crating material at the
receiving location and all other services which are normally included
in a complete moving service. The services to be provided must be
performed by a factory-authorized Knoll/Westinghouse representiatve
located within 50 miles of the DFAS location in Cameron Station, VA.
Systems furniture is to be shipped to four locations: Omaha, NE;
Lawton, OK; Rock Island, IL; and Rome, NY. Drawings and parts lists for
existing furniture are not available. Interested sources are encouraged
to submit a request for Solicitation No. DACA27-96-B-0001, to be issued
o/a 2 October 1995. Bidders are advised that the furniture must be
totally removed from the Cameron Station location no later than
November 30, 1995. This procurement is set aside for small business
concerns. Requests for this solicitation should be mailed to the
