A -- ADDITIONAL SUPPORT FOR THE JOINT TACTICAL ELECTRIC VEHICLE (JTEV) SOL N00167- POC Michelle Pearman (301)227-3603 / Faith L. Ferris (301)227-3602. THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, (NSWC/CD) has a requirement for additional research and exploratory development into the issues of enhancing mobility to improve the performance of wheeled and tracked vehicles. These efforts are currently being conducted by AeroVironment Inc. under Navy Contract N00167-93-C-0060. The contractor will provide continued research and fabrication and testing under the subject contract which was awarded as the result of a broad agency annoucement which demonstrated a unique and innovative approach in the area of enhancing mobility. Negotiations for this additional work will be conducted with AeroVironment, Inc. 222 E Huntington Drive, Monrovia CA 91016. CBD numbered not 22 applies to the extent that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 (0264)
