UDLP, ASD the prime contractor under Contract No. DAAE30-75-C-0009 to the U.S. Army on the CRUSADER howitzer program software for the Crusader howitzer. The Tactical and Technical Fire Control software will be integrated into a larger Command Control Communications and Crew Element of the Crusader howitzer. UDLP, ASD will issue a request for proposal to selected organizations in early October for Crusader Tactical and later than 14 days after the date this notice is published. Previous capability statements provided to UDLP, ASD in conjunction with the Crusader industry day will also be used to identify qualified organizations. The costs of preparing this requested information will not be entertained as allowable direct changes to any resulting subcontract. (262)
