This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All offers received from small businesses will be considered for award. Offerors must request a copy of the complete solicitation in order to submit a responsive offer. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror within an acceptable delivery schedule and the lowest overall price. Evaluations will be per line item, and award(s) will be for the lowest aggregate cost to the Government. Award is antipated within 7 days of the date quotes are due. Written requests must be received within 15 days of the publication date of this synopsis and must include the solicitation number, tax identification number (TIN), and contractor's name in the address.
