This requirement is for numerous items under Motorola's GSA Schedule, to upgrade the Land Mobile Radio System at Offutt AFB's Ehrling Berquist Hospital. It is the Governments belief that Motorola is the only manufacture cabable of meeting the minimum needs ofthe Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabliities by responding to this requirement by submitting technical and priceing data. Informantion received as a result of this notice will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement for competition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
