Hoppenjans, Contracting Officer (513) 357-5528 Furnish all labor, materials, tools, test and repair equipment, replacement parts, and travel necessary to perform preventive maintenance and remedial maintenance on six uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems located at the Internal Revenue Service, Cincinnati Service Center, 200 West Fourth Street, Covington, KY. The contract also includes removal and disposal of defective batteries and furnishing and installing new batteries. The UPS systems were manufactured by the Emerson Electric Company. The metric system applies to this acquisition. The period of performance is January 1, 1996, through September 30, 1996, with four, one-year renewal options. Offers for the option periods will be evaluated at the time of evaluation of offers for the initial period of performance.
