D -- ADDITIONAL HELP DESK SUPPORT TO THE OFFICE OF JUSTICE PROGRAMS (OJP) POC Barbara J. Watson, Contracting Officer, 202-307-5863. The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) intends to negotiate a Supplemental Agreement with CEXEC, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302(1), to provide additional Help Desk Support for OJP's location at 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. CEXEC, Inc. is currently providing Help Desk Support to OJP and is familiar with the OJP networks and with the support needed to fulfill this requirement. The specific tasks to be performed under this Supplemental Agreement include: (1) configuring workstations to connect to OJP's network from remote location; (2) testing and configuring E-mail access from remote location; (3) providing training for users in remote location; and (4) providing ongoing technical support for users in remote location. It is anticipated that the final option year under the existing contract with CEXEC, Inc. will be amended to include the provision of these services at OJP's Pennsylvania Avenue location.
