electrically identical to the Efratom Time and Frequency Products Inc.
(ETFPI) Modular Frequency Standard, MFS-289 (four each). The MFS-289
consists of the following ETFPI components: Power Supply Assembly,
model MPS, Part Number 808-460-5, module A4, Rubidium Oscillator, model
MRK-L, part number 101656-001, module A3; frequency converter, 10.23
MHz, model MFC, part number 103422-020, module A6; Modular Buffer
Assembly, 5 MHz sine, model MBF, part number 808-430-2302, module A7;
Modular Battery Unit, 1 our model MBF, part number 808-500-2, module
A9; and Wired Rack Assembly, consisting of 19'' rack, internal
connectors and wiring, part number 103671. The MFS-289 must meet the
following electrical sine outputs: four 5 MHz 1.0 Vrms into 50 ohms
(internally adjustable 0.5 to 1.5 Vrms) at the MBF assembly (rear of
system); four 10.23 MHz into 50 ohms, available on front panel of the
MFC module (rear of system); and one 5 MHz and one 10 MHz output are
available at the front panel of the system on the rubidium oscillator.
The 10.23 MHz output signals available from the MRK, MBF and MFC
modules are from BNC connectors, which mate with BNC-type connectors
(male). Power requirements: Operate from 115 Vac at 60 Hz and +22.5 to
+32 Vdc power, also operated from 100, 220 or 240 Vac at 47 to 400 Hz,
but the ac input voltage selector PC board must be changed to the
corresponding configuration of the selected ac voltage level. Based on
the information available at this time and in accordance with 10 USC
2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, the Government considers the
