(Total of ten (10) each buildings.) Freight & Passenger Elevators, one (1) each per building. In addition to routine maintenance services, the contractor will be required to perform special and emergency maintenance services on an as required basis. The contractor shall furnish necessary parts without additional charge to the U.S. Government. The performance period will be nine (9) months for the basic contract period for Bldgs. 212, 214, 220, 231, 1935, 1936, 1937 1938 & 1939, and eight (8) month for Bldg 117, and three (3) option years. Inspection of sites is encouraged prior to submission of offers. The international Balance of Payment Program does not apply to this requirement. Therefore, the evaluation procedures providing for 50% differential at FAR 25.303(b) are not included. When calling, be prepared to state name, address and solicitation number.
