F -- ID/IQ CONTRACT FOR RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLANS (RMPS) SOL 1425-6-SP-10-13840 DUE 113095 POC Contact Bryan Uba, Contracting Officer, 208/378-5110 Plans are for land and water resources under Reclamation's jurisdiction at Potholes Reservoir, Banks Lake, and other nearby areas in Washington State. Reclamation has an existing database using Environmental Systems Research Inc.'s ARC/Info Systems GIS (Geographic Information System) software for maps and overlays. The Potholes Reservoir GIS data will be placed on the Internet in an ARC/Info export file format in Mid October. Vendors are responsible for using this data in the preparation of their technical proposals. (This information is not available on disks.) The Contractor needs the services of a GIS Specialist having appropriate hardware, including plotters, and ARC/Info GIS software for accessing the GIS data and for returning any modifying data for the Government's GIS database in a compatible software format. The RMPs will also involve the following specialties: Public Involvement Specialist; Landscape Architect; Natural Resource Specialist; Land Use Planner; Environmental Specialist; Outdoor Recreation Planner; Biologist; and Technical Writer/Editor. The Potholes Reservoir RMPs should be performed during fiscal years 1996 through 1999 and the RMPs for Banks Lake should be performed during fiscal years 1998 through 2001. For this acquisition the small business size standard is $3.5 million and the standard industrial classification code is 8999.
