external power sources. Speaker and amplifier board must be enclosable
within a 5'' x 5'' backbox. Speakers will have a cone diameter of 4''
and voice coil impedance of 45 ohms. Amplifier will have a signal
input impedance of 600 ohms, signal input level of -15 dbM (@0.1 Vrms)
to +1-dbM (2.4 Vrms), nominal power input level of 24 VDC (+/- 4VDC),
nominal input current of 45 ma (@24 VDC), maximum input current of 170
ma (@ 24 VDC) and power output rating of 1.0 watt. External power
source will have input power of 120 VAC 60 Hz, output voltage of 24
VDC(+/- 4 VDC), and a maximum output current of 2 amp (@ 24 VDC).

enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to
$1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guarantee on the
bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available under
the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to
provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is
