58 -- TOWER DATA LINK SYSTEM (TDLS) SOL DTFA01-94-C-00053 POC Michelle Brune, ASU-330FI, Phone (202) 358-5069 The Federal Aviation Administration intends to modify an existing contract in order to procure additional Tower Data Link Systems (TDLS) and voice synthesizing hardware to be incorporated into the TDLS training tool. The modification will be negotiated with Aeronautical Radio, Inc. (ARINC), 2551 Riva Road, Annapolis, MD. ARINC, as the designer and developer of TDLS, is the only contractor with the knowledge and expertise capable of meeting the FAA's requirements and performing this effort in the time provided.
