Various items of tooling and fixtures required for maintenance (all quantities are 19 each): Actuator Assembly Holding Fixture (P/N27404AF1). The following are tools: Scraper Ring Installation (P/N 274041AT-1), Electronic Counter (P/N LSK100074), End Gland Assembly Tools (P/N 27404OA27), Gland Nut Assembly Tool (P/N 27404OAT7), Gland Nut Assembly Tool (P/N 27404OAT6 & 10), Gland Packing Sizing Tool (P/N 27404OAT4). This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Parker-Hannifin Corp of Irvine, Ca as the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the Peculiar Support Equippment to be acquired, is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary for the manufacturer and the design/application requirements of the H-60 PSE involved. Firms that recognize and produce the required items are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
