Contractor to provide on-site/on-call maintenance on government owned equipment to keep in good operating condition in accordance with manufacturers technical specifications. Maintenance to include all labor, travel, and parts. Contractor shall respond within five (5) days of notification of equipment failure, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Contractor will perform one (1) annual preventive maintenance inspections on the Electron Spectroscopy Chemical Analysis (ESCA) system and three (3) on-site emergency repair call by a qualified service engineer, during the contract period. Additionally, the contractor will provide technical telephone and or communications support services.
