B -- COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF SECTION 8 EXISTING CERTIFICATE AND VOUCHER PROGRAM The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri is reissuing its request for proposals for a COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF THE SECTION 8 EXISTING CERTIFICATE AND VOUCHER PROGRAM. Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m., local time on September 28, 1995 at the HAKC Contracting Office, 301 Paseo, Kansas City, MO 64106. All proposals will be reviewed by a HAKC appointed Technical Evaluation Panel. Results will be made public by October 6, 1995. RFP packets will be available from the Contracting Office, starting on September 5, 1995, and thereafter, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Bidder shall be responsible for reviewing the work prior to submitting the proposal. This project is Federally funded and subject to all applicable regulations.
