Contracting Officer, Mr. Thomas Allison, (671) 366-6608. Proposals are being solicited to perform maintenance and repair of military family housing units on Andersen AFB, Guam. This work includes but is not limited to painting, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal work, plumbing, appliance maintenance, repair, replacement and servicing air conditioning units, electrical work, etc. This is a first time acquisition at Andersen AFB, with no incumbent contractor. This acquisition is subject to a cost comparison under OMB Circular A-76, and will not result in a contract if government performance is more advantageous, and is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Interested parties must respond in writing, either by mail or fax (671) 366-5678. Each response must indicate the business entity's status as either a small or small disadvantaged business. This acquisition replaces the A-76 cost comparison which was cancelled by amendment under F64133-95-R0012. (248)
