Notice is hereby given that the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service will enter into a noncompetitive acquisition under the authority of FAR 41 USC 252 (c) (1), with IMED Corporation, 9775 Business Park Avenue, San Diego, California, for the rental of IV infusion pumps. Dysfunctional/inoperable pumps shall be replaced by the contractor at no cost to the Government within a 48 hour turnaround time. All compatible hosing, kits and supplies shall be furnished by the Government. The pumps are for utilization at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona. Period of performance will be for a base year with four (4) one-year options. See Note 22. (250)
