Hurlburt Field FL intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Action Target, Inc., Provo UT, for the installation of two (2) each bullet traps. Installation must be performed by the original equipment manufacturer to ensure full warranty compliance. The Government intends to use simplified acquisition procedures to procure this installation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Award will not be made on the basis of responses to this synopsis.
