Concerns having the ability for providing community residential corrections facility(s) services for male and female Federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, to include furnishing or subsistence and medical and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Gresham, Appleton and Green Bay, Wisconsin area. However, location preference is the Green Bay, Wisconsin area. Estimated total number of mandays are 1,826 (males) and 1,824 (females) for the base period, 913 (males) and 912 (females) for the first, second and third option years respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is October 10, 1995, estimated closing date is December 12, 1995. Contract base period is 2 years, with three one-year options to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
