PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials, and perform all operations necessary in removing existing ceilings and piping insulation for HVAC systems in Buildings #9, #15 and #37 and install new insulation, rework condensate drain lines, and install new covers over existing fan coil units at the Gillis W. Long Hansen's Disease Center, Carville, LA. Estimated contract period is 90 calendar days. Estimated magnitude is from $100,000 to $250,000.
