MECHALS (503) 326-6423 (Site Code DACW57) The Portland District seeks a firm capable of drilling four (4) 9-inch diameter core holes in the roller compacted concrete of the Elk Creek Dam, Trail, Oregon. Each hole will be approximately 25 feet in depth. Six core samples, a minimum length of 36 inches and a maximum length of 42 inches are to be retrieved from each hole. The holes are then to be backfilled with redi-mix concrete. Services are required from approximately September 25, 1995 through October 20, 1995. RFQ will be available on or about September 12, 1995 at no charge. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns, the size standard for which is a concern, including all affiliates, with average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three years not in excess of $5 million.
