Interested parties will be put on a planholders list and issued an IFB when available. The work involves the construction of 3 structures. Two structures are composed of structural steel with EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System). One structure is a pre-engineered structural steel facility with ribbed metal siding exterior. Work also includes foundations for 3 other structures (To be relocated and constructed by the Government). Site work is extensive and includes clearing, grading, utilities and roadwork as indicated on the construction contract documents. All work occurs within areas totaling approximately 75 acres. The hours of operation for Plans & Specs are 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. There will be no charge for these documents, however, there will only be one set issued per contractor. Requests for plans and specs and bidders lists should be made separately. Please note that plans and specs will be issued on a first-come first-serve basis. The projected date for issuance of plans & Specs is 4 October 1995. The projected date for bid opening is 7 November 1995.
