A -- A -- TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE R&D SERVICES SOL DAAL01-95-R-3005 DUE 111695 POC Theresa Petersen,Contract Specialist,(908)427-3684, Marie Rice, Contracting Officer, (908)427-3700 This acquisition is for a 17 month program to provide technical and administrative R&D services in support of PSD's mission-related projects and programs. Support responsibilities will include performance and research related to the preparation of mission-related briefings, presentations, technical articles, brochures or project status reports, editing, illustration, development of design concepts for physical exposition of R&D projects, technical and administrative support for conferences and meetings, assistance in the preparation of Procurement Data Packages. Two Options are included for Administrative Support Services for a twelve (12) month and five (5) month period of performance for Contract Closeouts. Due to the nature of the support, contractor may have access to data that is proprietary with other contractors. The successful offeror will be required to enter into agreements with such firms to protect such data from resultant unauthorized disclosure or use. The contract will include an organizational conflict of interest provision, the terms of which shall be non-negotiable. It is anticipated at this time that no clasified material will be handled. The RFP will be issued on or about 16 Oct 95. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be approximately 30 days after RFP issuance. The proposed contract listed here is a 100% small business set-aside. The size standard applicable to this acquisition in millions of dollars, is 13.5. The solicitation will be issued via theARL Fort Monmouth,NJ Electronic Bulletin Board. Users may access the EBB by calling (908)427-4140. The following parameters apply: Baud rate=1200 to 9600, parity=none, data = 8 bits, stop bits=1, duplex=full, terminal emulation (ANSI). The EBB will interface with Hayes compatible modems and supports most of the popular telecommunciations software protocols. The EBB will be on line through the solicitation period 7 days per week, including holidays, however, it will be interrupted daily from 0800 to 0900 hours for updates. The user may choose thei own password, and must leave their company name, address phone and POC. No request for RFP is needed.
