It is the Government's intent to procure this brand as it must be 100% compatible with the MB-2 Tow Tractor manufactured by Grove North America. Only companies providing items that are 100% compatible will be considered. Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about 15 September 95 and receipt of quotation is required by 29 September 95.
