John, 202-508-8500 UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity contract for a period of five years with Economic Price Adjustments possible every 6 months to be shipped FOB to any Federal Prison Industries location within the 48 U.S. contiguous states for various items of finishing materials (stains, lacquers, etc.) to be used in their manufacturing processes. The minimum purchase amount for the 5 years is expected to be $4,000,000, and the maximum purchase amount to be $20,000,000. Deliveries will be required within 10 days after receipt of order and contractor will be required to give technical support for each location within 24 hours during normal business hours.
