The system should bridge the gap between Unclassified Network and Classified Network to allow for the transfer of E-Mail between the two systems. OSIA is pursuing limited competition among qualified small business distributors pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(2) and FAR 19-5. Secure Computing Corporation, Roseville, MN is the only offer being considered at this time. Firms wishing to quote must furnish clear and convincing documentation indicating that it is advantageous to consider additional sources. If no affirmative written replies are received within a six (6) day period of this publication, an award will be issued to Secure Computing Corporation.
