HPI FCK Installation Technical Assistance Support. Requirements: The contractor will provide, as requested, engineers and/or technicians who are knowledgeable and experienced in all areas necessary to assist the Government in installation, set-up, testing, verification and certification of the HPI FCK. The contractor will also prepare and deliver a report of all results, including difficulties encountered and lessons learned, during performance of the tasks performed. Format and content shall conform to ANSI Z39.18 - 1987 except for deviations approved by the Contracting Officer. Dates of performance shall fall between November 1, 1995 and May 1, 1996, as specified by the Government. The work to be performed on this contract involves access to and handling of classified matter up to and including SECRET. The contractor shall be responsible for compliance with Department of Defense Security Manual (DD5220.22M) and with any written instructions from the Security Officer, NISE West. Contractor personnel assigned to this contract shall be U.S. citizens and shall hold the security clearance. Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 25 (in lieu of 45) days after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government.
