S -- GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICE SOL N62472-95-B-5613 POC Contact Point, For plans and specs call, (908)323-2494 This is a Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity Contract to provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision and management efforts necessary to determine and perform ground maintenance services which includes: mowing, trimming, edging, policing, raking, fertilizing, liming, vegetation removal, pruning, weed control, tree and shrub planting, fall clean-up, irrigation and debris removal at the Naval Air Engineering Station, NJ. Base period is for 12 months commencing within 15 days after notice of award. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract. FAR Clause 52.217-8 ''Option to Extend Services'' and FAR Clause 52-217-5 ''Evaluation of Options'' are included in this acquisition. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 0782. The related Small Business Size Standard is $5.0 million annual receipts for preceding three fiscal years.
