SOURCES SOUGHT: The Western Area Power Administration is seeking sources to provide investigative services related to complaints of discrimination in Federal employment filed by individuals or groups. Such complaints requiring investigation allege discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, and/or reprisal. Complaints to be investigated originate in: Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Utah, and Montana. Performance of each individual investigation must be in compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission with regard to process and established timeframes. Specific performance will require personal interviews, analysis of evidentiary files, and a variety of fact-finding techniques to identify patterns or practices of disparate treatment, etc. Interested parties should submit an outline of their experience in conducting EEO investigations to the above address.
