Non-personal services to provide complete and comprehensive analytical laboratory services. Offeror shall provide all labor, tools, containers, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to analyze various types of environmental samples. The following types of analytical services are required but not limited to: Asbestos, Microbiological, Organic, Inorganic, Solid and Hazardous Waste, Clean Water Act, and Air Samples, for the period 1 Nov 95 through 31 Oct 96 with four one-year option periods. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business; the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8734 with a size standard of $3.5M. An Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued O/A 20 Sep 95. The offeror must be Colorado State certified to perform drinking water and asbestos analysis. California State and US Army Corps of Engineers certification required to perform hazardous waste analysis. Proof of certification will be required 10 days prior to award. The government contemplates the award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. All requests for this solicitation must be submitted in writing.
