The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is soliciting proposals for a Firm Fixed-Price, Level-of-Effort Term Contract for one year with four one-year options for forensic examinations and training services. Services include examiner of questioned document evidence; examiner instructor; and expert witness in the discipline of Forensic Documents. Offerors must specialize in handwriting, handprinting, typewriting, graphic arts, photocopies, office machines, rubber stamp impressions, indented writing, obliterations, photographic analysis of ink, and the knowledge of laws, rules, and standards pertaining to the handling of evidence. Performance of work must be within the FBI's Laboratory Division, Washington, D.C.
