The Library of Congress has four BOA's with Readmore, FAXON, EBSCO and The American Overseas Book Company. The order(s) SSA intends to issue will be for the placement of new and renewal Fed-link subscription services for Fiscal Year 1996. Any companies who believe they can provide all of the required services/publications shall request a copy of the RFQ from Maria Hill. In order to receive an order via this mechanism any other offeror(s) offering the best value to the government will be required first to establish a BOA with the Library of Congress. (0242)
