D -- TRUNKED RADIO SYSTEM SOL ATD-124-PM-95/1237 POC Contact, Pam McDonald, 205/544-3307 Computer Sciences Corporation is soliciting competitive proposals for a Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Trunked Radio System for use at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF), located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The trunked system will be used to provide two way radio communications for MAF and will be procured in several phases spread over a three to four year period. The initial phase of the trunked system will consist of a total of 120 mobile/portable radio units, a minimum of three repeaters, all necessary antennas and miscellaneous hardware. Detailed specifications of the requirement will be included in the Request For Proposal (RFP) when issued.
