The National Ground Intelligence Center, Charlottesville VA intends to procure on a sole source basis from Liebert Corporation, FY96 Maintenance for Multiple 75 KVA; Liebert Power Conditioning Equipment and Uninterruptible Power Supply. Interested vendors are invited to submit a response within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice. The responses must include documentation to show vendor is authorized by Liebert Corporation to perform maintenance on Liebert equipment. No solicitation document exists, however all responses from responsible vendors will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis, the contracting officer may determne that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to all firms that are found responsive to the requirements of this synopsis or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
