It is the intent of the government to award a sole source contract to Ferrulmatic Inc, 11 Jackson Road, Totowa NJ 07512 for the pre-production quantity. This is a sources sought synopsis for follow-on procurements to determine small business manufacturers/sources of supply capable of producing same items. FSC 1370. All responsible small businss sources may respond, however no competitive solicitation shall be issued at this time. Applicable standards/specification apply: DO-STD-00100D(AR), MIL-P-71064, ANSI Y14.5M-1982 and MIL-A-2550. Material: steel, alloy as per ASTM A711, A322 OA A576. Since they are the original producer any other source would have to duplicate non recurring expenses associated with tooling.
